Pop-up Mentoring by Together in tech

Pop-up mentoring is a chance to connect with someone who's been there, for personalised advice, support and brainstorming

At each mentoring session we'll have a team of mentors across different roles and skillsets. If you see someone you want to connect with, sign up, and we'll connect you.

This is a way to find a mentor and get their best advice — without the long-term committment or having to find the right fit. Just dive in.

You'll get your mentor's best insights, and advice that's tailored to what's happening for you right now.

Our mentors this month bring expertise in:

Leadership • Management • Career • Performance • Self-confidence • Entrepreneurship • Startups • UX Design • Adaptability • Working sustainably

This event is taking place online via Zoom from 5-6 pm GMT.

How it works

Participants will be split into groups of up to 3 members and each participant will be assigned to a mentor based on their area of interest. To choose the area you would like to be mentored on, please select the ticket with the mentor's name. The mentoring session will last 45 minutes and you will have the opportunity to ask your mentor your questions directly. Please come prepared with the questions you would like to ask. This will be an open mentoring format where the agenda and the discussion will be based on your questions.

The Agenda

5 pm — Welcome and introductions

5:10 pm — Mentoring session

5:55 pm — Closing

This event is free and open to all. Once you’ve registered, we’ll email you all the event details and a Zoom link.

What does it mean to be an authentic leader?

There are 101 ways to be a leader but one thing we are all looking for in a great leader is authenticity.

We're bringing together four exceptional leaders to discuss how they bring their whole selves to the table and to their teams in a conversation led by our own fearless leader and Founder Yota Trom.

This will be an honest, deep and personal conversation about authenticity and navigating your career from the heart. You'll hear from leaders from different countries (Russia, UK, US), so you can be inspired by their journeys and explore how to walk your own path — while being true to yourself and finding your own style.

This event will be taking place live online from 5-6 pm GMT.

The Agenda

5- 5:10 pm — Welcome and intros
5:10-5:40 pm — Panel discussion
5:40-5:55 pm — Q&A
5:55- 6 pm — Wrap up
